„Gib mir etwas Raum…“<\/strong><\/em>
\nWir alle kennen diesen Ausdruck wahrscheinlich, aber was meinen wir damit und wie bekommen wir diesen Raum?<\/p>\n

Wenn der Geist voller Gedanken ist, die uns nicht ruhen lassen, m\u00fcssen wir diesen Gedankenkreislauf pausieren<\/strong> um innerliche Ruhe zu finden.
\nWir m\u00fcssen diesen Raum tats\u00e4chlich in uns selbst schaffen. Yoga kann helfen, den dringend ben\u00f6tigten interzellularen Raum in K\u00f6rper und Geist<\/strong> zu kreieren. Meditation<\/strong> ist eine wunderbare Technik, um unseren unruhigen Geist zu beruhigen.<\/p>\n

Das gleiche k\u00f6nnen wir in unserem K\u00f6rper tun. Durch Asana-\u00dcbungen<\/strong> strecken wir den ganzen K\u00f6rper, l\u00f6sen Blockaden, f\u00f6rdern die Durchblutung, regen den Energiefluss an und schaffen Raum.<\/p>\n

Wenn wir Blockaden l\u00f6sen<\/strong> und Raum in uns selbst kreieren, kann Energie (Prana) flie\u00dfen. Und wenn Energie flie\u00dft<\/strong>, verst\u00e4rken wir die nat\u00fcrlichen Heilungsf\u00e4higkeiten des K\u00f6rpers, f\u00fchlen uns ausgeglichen, entspannt, fokusiert und k\u00f6nnen somit leichter auf unsere Umwelt reagieren und eingehen.<\/p>\n<\/div>
